Product Description: Wu Mei, a Chinese medicinal herb, is the dried, nearly ripe fruit of the rose family plant Prunus mume (Sieb.)Sieb.etZuce. It is cultivated in various parts of China, with the most in the provinces south of the Yangtze River. It has the functions of nourishing the lungs, astringing the intestines, generating fluids, and expelling worms. It is commonly used for chronic cough due to lung deficiency, prolonged diarrhea, prolonged dysentery, deficient heat with thirst, and vomiting and abdominal pain due to intestinal worms. It has a sour and astringent taste and is neutral in nature.

Usage: 1. Dried Wu Mei Fruit: Take clean Wu Mei, soak it in water until soft or steam it until soft, then remove the pit. 2. Charred Wu Mei: Take clean Wu Mei, use the charcoal-frying method (a method of stir-frying without adding any additional ingredients, including stir-frying until yellow, stir-frying until scorched, and stir-frying until charred) until the skin and flesh are inflated. The product looks like dark plums, with the skin and flesh being inflated, and the surface being charred black. It has a sour and slightly bitter taste.
